I'm thinking over the best way to start a busybee-game.

It normaly take about 3 months to get the goals.
Therefore I'm wondering about the best start

Is it best to

1. 1
start a moneyline. (do this now, city to city)

2. 2
wait and build lines when I get the goals

I always do the moneyline on desert/winter. On temperate climate I usually wait for goals and make the money line using coal goal. Toyland is weird
