I wonder what all abbreviations mean in city information window.
Starting from top:
- first three lines are clear
- GR: is it growing rate?
- next / RH / flag / Fund?
- RTM / DTM?
- HS / CS / HR? (what about values in parentheses?)
What is the purpose of noise limit?

Grow rate. How many days the counter is at max.
Next. Current day.
Replace House. Reaching 0 will Replace or delete a house.
Flag. State of growth. 0 stopped. 1 frowing. 2 1/12 chance month to grow by itself.
Fund. How many months left of fund state.
Replaces this month. Shows how many RH replaces on month.
Deletes this month. RH deletes a month
House skip. House skips total + last month in parenthesis
Cycle skip. Cs total + last month
House removal. Only works on novapolis servers showing deletes of houses too far from center town.
Noise limit. Limits mass airport spam
