How can i change the running costs (or cost of maintainance) of Electrified Railroad Infrastructure, separately (independently) from non-electrified rails ?

BaseCostsMod can change cost of the railroad infrastructure, but it does this for both types of railroads at the same type. How to do it separately for each type of railroads?
