Yeah, sorry about that... I was in a store and quickly read your question on my phone and replied, later I realized that it was not the issue that a non-winner get's less points, so I removed my comment My bad...

I have no idea exactly what happened in the thing you showed up here. It seems like both companies reached the goal at the same time and that there is no logic (yet) to make a higher CV the winner. Will check that and see if I can correct this in the scripts.
