Are the highscores for the 300K cargo server from the time when passengers and mail counted 100%? If so, could you reset the highscore list, please? And maybe there should be three different servers for temp, winter, toyland, since the time it takes to finish must be different in different climates?

And speaking of highscores, are the highscores for the 8K CB temperate really legit? Is it really possible to finish in 30 minutes with around 10 trains and a bunch of road vehicles?

I understand your point of view and I wouldn't worry about it. Reason: the shown best times are of 2017. When 2018 begin all will go away - not deleted, simply not shown. So, January 1st, all that will appear clean xD
