I vote abstention – I’m happy to see two hours a day available but definitely not at the cost of others having to leave the tournament.

Because we all love towns with 150 inhabitants and with an International Airport, Noise limitation was removed. This have a side effect that creates the need of adding this addendum: - Only 1 airport allowed per company serving each town for town's related cargos (Passengers, Mail, Goods and Valuables).
About each day game's duration, lack of quorum defined that remain 1 hour.

@HSquishy: it's 1 hour, daily, for 15 days. Not required to attend all days. On those 2 weeks you'll find some that can play! And I bet you don't need to play all days (cmon, my chance to don't be last )

Couple adjustments, already running on TRAINING server:
- Vac trains purchase cost is now at 1/2; running costs set to 1/16, build/clear are now 1/16 and maintenance to 1/8;
- Planes a bit faster (1/3);
