Cortex, to clarify things:
A - He may indeed tried to sabotage your profit and an admin joined later. To see that you blocked his vehicles! So, with your "revenge" action, when an admin entered he saw 2 players breaking our server rules, and you were one;
B - Myself watched you doing it other times, with different players, even with legit competition (example: roads removed to block other players RV's, 2018-02-20, 17:25:35, on tile 291x142 (0x11D23) - but there's more);
C - You continue to insult other players. With or without reasons for it, it's not acceptable (example: [2018-02-23 11:54:40] <+ttd-srv7> cortex (Red): suck idiot). Please note this: we do NOT accept this behaviors;
D - You have a playing style to always make harder for competitors build tracks or expand stations. Many times without the need of it, but it's well known your unfriendly type of play. Maybe something you could work on;

The other player will be punished but all your angry words, and taking in account all the complaints you made, you had put yourself on the "rulebreakers" crosshairs too! That's why I recommend you to cooldown and behave - do NOT start breaking rules yourself as revenge just because others do - it will be your "internship" week, where you'll be watched closely.
