You're lucky you're not banned with all your points gone. We warn players, we give them time to fix rulebreaks and usually they don't repeat. If we catch people repeating rulebreaks, which they then usually do under an 'undercover' nickname, like you did, we take harsher actions.

We have actually taken games away before, from players where was proven that they had used multiple companies to gain an advantage, like preparing a town for citybuilder. Most of those resulted in bans also.
