Actualy - probably that's why you are being ignored - you should use the appeal form where you give certain information - you might want to have a look at that and try appealing again

he's not being ignored, we're only waiting that he provide us more information, as stated here

There's certain requirements on bans and unbans, and some information must be the player(s) providing it to us. It's not the same as ask for a juice in a pub (just a figurative example)
