What times are you most active?: Between 10:00 and 01:00, but differs per day ofcourse. When I'm home, I'll be on IRC, which will differ between 2 and 12+ hours a day, depending on work, sport and college (when that starts again).

Why do you want to be a moderator, And why should we make you one?: I like playing on the Btpro servers an I enjoy being on IRC. I'd like to contribute to the fun of other players as well, by moderating the servers so people play by the rules and to help people out when they have questions or problems.
