From time to time I'm playing on FIRS server #9. Usually I'm experiencing connection problems. The game lags, sometimes just lightly but sometimes really intensively. Sometimes I'm loosing connection and have to reconnect.

As I figured out, the lag is strictly correlated with high ping. When ping goes high, lag appears. Higher ping - higher lag. I'm using ping from iputils with default switches:I also tried mtr:Here are example results:



I'm not an expert so I'm not sure how to read the results. Anyway, high ping values (1) appears on your server.

There is also ~66% packet loss (2) at OVH, but since the loss at btpro server is 0% then there is nothing to worry about? I'm not sure how to interpret this.

There is almost 100% packet loss (3) at 10.0.0.1, but this a false positive probably. Whenever I'm mtr'ing anything I'm getting similar results - 10.0.0.1 is duplicated and packet loss% at these two nodes sums up to almost 100%.

My computer is connected to a home router (NAT) but the router doesn't appear on the mtr list. The router is connected to another NAT server 10.0.0.1 which belongs to my ISP.

I never experienced similar problems on non-btpro servers.


BTW. This snow on your website drives me crazy. I can turn off JS but post editing is not comfortable anymore.
