After reading both the Server wiki section, im a bit confused as to the extent of which you can modify your towns growth rate.

The server rules state:

Rule #6
No destruction of town/city buildings or road pieces, removal of a single piece of town/city to make room for your station is allowed.

Rule #10
Golden Rule of CityBuilder – All standard rules of BTPro still apply within your claimed town.

However, on the Aphid's CityBuilder wiki page, the following tip is given:

4: Bulldoze fountains, parks and statues in your own town. You can bulldoze fountains and statues, for the town does not gain any population for them. The fountains could instead be office buildings which are far more useful constructions. Because town grow speed depends on population, not number of houses, you can do this immediately and as soon as a fountain, park or statue is built.

So would just like some clarification if this practice is allowed on the BTPRO servers (namely the Aphid's City builder servers)

1st case (rule #6) is to avoid town destruction with simple purpose of placing station closer to town center, covering more buildings - a behavior not allowed.

2nd case it's simple CB mechanics - fountains, statues and parks don't hold population, but occupy space, important tiles sometimes. Remove them is not considered town destruction because no one lives on those building types and does not interfere with town population.
