2 - use a dedicated IRC client (IRC server info it's on previous link too);

To set a dedicated IRC client, we can help you, but that's the start AND remember that being admin it's all about the community (BTPro)... NOT about you becoming "somebody" - you're already an important person as a player ^^

2 reasons for the decision:
- lack of IRC presence, when online and playing - major reason, as it's the most important;
- minor knowledge of the game itself and basic mechanics - it's a needed knowledge to help other players or solve some conflit situations, admins tasks;

Therefore, your application was denied. Maybe time and practice can help you fullfill mentioned reasons but, for now, this is our decision
